APLUS Optio Accounts Payable Check




MCS has developed an accounts payable OPTIO check that can be easily modified to accommodate multiple companies and multiple bank accounts.

Accounts Receivable Comments Maintenance and Display



A significant change to the way AR comments are maintained and displayed was implemented in APLUS version 6 cum 6. As a result, the complete AR comment is not available on one screen. It initially presents a list of partial comment lines. To see the complete comment you must first select the line to have the complete comment text displayed. MCS has created an AR comment function which works similar to how it functioned before version 6.6 where the complete comment text appears and is maintained on one screen.

The following is a sample of the current AR comment screen. Notice the first line of text shows a “Y” in the M column. This indicated that this comment continues. To see the rest of the comment or to change the comment you must select this line. See next sample screen 


 

Once the comment line is selected the rest of the text will be displayed and can be changed from this screen.


 


MCS has created the same functionality of displaying the complete comment text and the ability to change it from one screen. 


 


 

Global Item Number Change to Bill of Materials


This APLUS add on provides the ability to change the component item number in all bill of material parent items where it is used. It prompts you for the original item and the new item. It then displays a list of all the parents where the original item is used. You have the option of changing all the parents listed or only the ones you select.
