MCS customer purchases Infor’s Storefront module for eCommerce solution
A major North Eastern based inspirational gifts and publishing company wanted to broaden their business. In business since 1930, this supplier was looking to capitalize on a larger market and improve customer service. The solution would be through e-commerce. An existing A+ customer since 2005, their decision was to purchase the Infor Storefront module.
This allowed them to become a 24 x 7 business and provided their dealers with visibility to their shipment status, inventory levels, and web specials. It also allowed their sales reps to see each order their customers placed and provide tracking information from the time the ups package went out the door.
The first month after the system was deployed; the company averaged 7 orders via on line. Now they are up to 150-200 orders a month and growing.
